Julius 25 - Modern Comfort, 5 Mins to City Center

Ailemle birlikte gerçekten çok keyif alarak konakladık. İhtiyacımız olan her şey düşünülmüştü. Özellikle belirtmek isterim ki ev sahibi oldukça kibar ve ilgili. Konaklamamız boyunca tüm yardım taleplerimize hızlı dönüş yaptı. Evin konumu çok iyi. Yakınında marketler var. Apartmanda asansör mevcut. Toplu ulaşım durakları hemen önünde. Şehir merkezine de yürüme mesafesinde ancak bizim 8 yaşında çocuğumuz yürümeyi pek sevmediği için tercihimizi toplu taşımadan yana kullandık. Daire çok iyi ısınıyor ve dışarıdan ses almıyor. Banyo&tuvalet haricinde 2. tuvaleti de var. Balkonda ve terasta oturmak için masa sandalye takımları mevcut. Bulaşık makinası, çamaşır ve kurutma makinası var. (Deterjan ihtiyaçları ev sahibi tarafından karşılanmış). Kahve makinası için kapsül kahveler mevcuttu. Daire çok sessizdi. Belirli saatten sonra gürültü yapılmaması konusuna apartman genelinde kurallar mevcut. (Bunu gerçekten sevdik). Tüm gün şehri gezdikten sonra sessizlik çok iyi geliyor.

Very quite apartment, located with easy access to the center through public transport (U4 underground, D tram). Shops and restaurants in close proximity. Good base for visiting the town.

Not ideal for sleeping with four adults (smallish sofa bed + no possibility to darken the living room), some essentials are missing (eg bedroom has no shelves to put your clothes).

Lage. Schöne Wohnung mit ansprechender Möblierung! Schalldichte Fenster (wichtig wg. etwas Verkehrslärm durch große Straße) Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Ausreichend Klopapier. Geschirrabwaschzubehör vorhanden. Tiefkühlschrank. Komfortable Matratzen. Gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten.

Fehlend: - Kleiderschrank (stattdessen nur dürftiger Garderobenständer mit 4 Kleiderbügeln), - Wand-Klopapierhalter, - Schränkchen o. ä. im Bad, - Handtuchhaken, - Geschirrtuch - Kochuntensilien, wie z.B. Pfannenwender etc. (nur Rührbesen vorhanden). - normale Kaffeemaschine (nur Kaffeeautomat für Kapseln, die es nur bei Tchibo gibt) - Teekanne. Fast alle Wassergläser am Rand angestoßen. Schade...sonst hätte es eine "9" oder "10" gegeben...

The space was big and one of the terraces was nice and comfortable. The building where it's situated is old, but beautiful. It's close to Spar and a Bioladen. The decor is simple, but nice. They provided enough crockery, plates and glasses. The location is okay, 5 minutes metro to the centre. I would probably book a place in the centre next time. Since often the connections are from the centre, so it takes at least 10 minutes longer to get to where you want to be. But that's why it's cheaper here, I guess.

Many of the facilities are quite impractical. The small bathroom doesn't have any hooks to hang your clothes or even a towel on or a place to put your things on. Although there would be ample space. The basin is too small. We didn't have enough warm blankets and the hand held shower head wasn't working properly. There's a coffee machine (Tshibo), which is nice and all, but they didn't provide capsules. And Spar didn't seem to have exactly those capsules - normal Nespresso capsules wouldn't fit - so it made the machine pretty much useless. There also seemed to many written rules for the accommodation (which I half understand, since I guess teenagers rent the space often). But that didn't make us feel that comfortable. I guess I wouldn't recommend the place to couples (we were two couples in our 30s). But for bigger groups it's probably a more appropriate accommodation.
