Very close to metro and trams and also a number of food establishments. Plus convenience market just around the corner and an Irish Pub.

The garden is actually a courtyard (no plants) and building behind is under renovation so wasn’t enjoyable sitting outside. Needed more instructions in English for TV, and although we figured out the washing machine and dishwasher instructions would have been helpful.

Fora do centrinho mas com opções de metrô e tram com fácil acesso a todos os pontos de interesse, mesmo tarde da noite. Três mercados e uma farmácia ao redor. Muito silencioso (e eu sou sensível a barulho), apartamento amplo, banho excepcional, região bem residencial.

Travesseiros podiam ser melhores (pedimos extras e fomos prontamente atendidos). Comunicação antes da estadia foi um pouco difícil, mas depois nos comunicamos muito bem.

Sehr moderne Wohnung! Alle wichtigen Geräte und Haushaltsgegenstände vorhanden. Die Innenstadt schnell mit U-und S-Bahn zu erreichen. Klimaanlage.

Wohnung hat schon einige kleine Mängel/Gebrauchsspuren und sie ist sehr dunkel. Schon am Tag benötigt man Licht.Großer Fleck auf dem Teppich, WC-Deckel locker. Das Sideboard beim Fernseher steht ungünstig, haben uns oft daran gestoßen, auf dem Weg zur Terrasse. Einige Gäste haben es schon verschoben, was man an der Wand erkennen konnte. Die Stühle sind sehr schwer zu händeln!

The apartment is as in the pictures and equipped quite well with diswasher, washer, iron etc. The neighborhood is quiet, groceries just around the corner. Its a bit far from the centre but commute is good (we used 12 eur bolt to the city).

They use a 3rd party booking system which sends numerous messages in german that ask you to log in to the 3rd party system and upload all your and your companions personal details there. If you dont do this you will not get access to the key. If you skip a step later you can not edit it. I got access instructions only 1hr past the check in time. Even thought the host said i will get an sms in the morning. After getting they key, we were welcommed by a 28C temperature inside the flat and air con not turning on. I have asked them specifcly to make sure the aircon worked upfront and this is their response. It took an hour of calling them multiple times untill a guy from constructions in the beighborinbg flat came to change the bateries in the remote. And then he explained in german, that you have to get inside the closet to be able to controll the AC with that remote. Then it cooled the living room normally but, note that there are no ac units or ventilation in the bedrooms. Tv batteries were also dead. Upon checkout the locker for keys doesn't close and its not explained how to close it. Poor comunication and lack of instructions caused me a lot of nerve instead of enjoying the trip.
