Prostorné a čisté. Příjemné posezení na balkóně. K dispozici kávovar i s kapslemi – moc děkujeme! V blízkém okolí k dispozici restaurace a obchody.
Byl trochu problém zaparkovat, ale nakonec jsme místo našli.

Die Lage war sehr gut, nur wenige Meter zur Bahn, ca 35 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt. Parken OK in einem Pakhaus ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Samstag / Sonntag ist Parken in umliegenden Seitenstraßen kostenfrei möglich.
Obwohl ich dachte in Wien spricht man auch die Deutsche Sprache, so kam die komplette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber nur auf Englisch. Momentan große Baustelle direkt vor der Tür. Obere Terrasse hat ein Taubenproblem.

Casa molto bella e accogliente in un palazzo signorile e in una zona tranquilla ottima posizione vicina ai mezzi di trasporto (peccato che la stazione metro vicina era chiusa per lavori) ma comunque il tram a due passi molto efficiente, pizzerie ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze ( Consiglio Billa la mattina per prendere la colazione e portarla a casa)
La pulizia generale un pò carente e il terrazzo molto bello ma inutilizzabile perchè pieno di piccioni che lasciavano escrementi ovunque.
