This was the first property I had ever booked, but have booked many since. Richard (I think) was tolerant and helpful while I fumbled through the process.
It was a bit confusing getting in because we don’t have many courtyards in Canada but a careful read of the instructions got me there.

Spacious room, best possible location, 5 min. from Stephansdom metro station, quiet and clean, with all necessary amenities, very comfortable bed.
Really nothing to improve, just the key-box was stuck, not so easy to open. Would recommend to put one or two accents (like color glass vase or a picture on the wall) to give the room a more aesthetic look.

Great location near restaurants and shops. The staff was responsive and helpful.
It is old but functional. The bathroom was a bit dangerous with the water heater right above the faucet (I hit my head twice!) and the bathtub was slippery. The water was not evacuating very well in the tub. The street can be noisy at night with the window open but that’s part of being close to restaurants and shops.

All the beds really uncomfortable. Shower needs attention. Water very hot. Electric socket by window was hanging off the wall.
