Die Lage ist sehr gut, Innenstadtlage nahe U Bahn Hof Karlsplatz. Erfreulicherweise konnten wir früher einchecken, habe eine klare schriftliche Anweisung erhalten, wir wir das Zimmer öffnen können.

Es war sehr heiß, eine Klimaanlage hätte gut getan. Ansonsten alles top.

Konum, temizlik, evin konforu, iletişim ve yönlendirme çok iyiydi.

It was clean and in a good location, but the staff was not helpful.the air conditioning was very good.

We booked a 4-person room with one bedroom and a living room with an L-shaped sofa. However, when we tried to sleep on the sofa, the wooden parts inside were sticking into our bodies. It was basically a broken sofa. We paid for 4 people, but the sleeping arrangement felt like only suitable for 2 people. We booked this place through Booking.com to be able to cook, but the frying pan was very low quality and the enamel coating was worn off. There were only two very small pots, more suitable for heating milk for babies. The kitchen equipment was insufficient overall, and there were no paper towels in the kitchen. The bathroom towels were also not enough. Room 11B was a complete disaster.
