Está cerca de todo! Nos encantó por silencioso también y todo súper moderno y limpio.

Nos hubiera gustado poder estacionar en la propiedad y que tuviera aire acondicionado, nos moríamos de calor!!! El espacio es un poco reducido.

Idéalement placé et en très bon état Très calme

La chaleur car le propriétaire n'a pas encore reçu de l'administration l'autorisation de mettre l'air conditionné

In the heart of the city center yet quiet location. Clean. Didn't meet with the host, but they were accommodating when we had an issue with the fan not working and came over to fix it.

During our stay there was a heat wave in Vienna and there was no air conditioning in the apartment. We found out A/C isn't as standard in Austria, so it's understandable. But the floor fan wasn't very strong. Also there was no cleaning equiptment (no broom, mop etc).

Die Lage ist sehr gut,der Gastgeber sehr freundlich.Hatten ein kurzes Telefonat da wir die Schlüsselbox nicht gefunden hatten. Zur Begrüssung gab es einen kleinen Prosecco im Zimmer und Mannerschnitten. Apartment ist ansprechend eingerichtet

Wir hatten das kleine Apartment,das leider nicht unseren Erwartungen anhand der Bilder entsprach.Es ist für 2 Leute einfach zu eng. Wasser in der Dusche lief sehr schlecht ab,Es gibt keinen Platz für Koffer und leider auch nur ein kleines Regal und keinen Schrank.Lüften geht nur über ein kleines Klappfenster.Im Vorraum des Apartments steht ein Handtuchwagen in dem gebrauchte Handtücher mehrerer Apartments liegen was geruchsmässig doch stören kann.Man hat nur einen Schlüssel für das Apartment,ein zweiter wäre hilfreich.Das innenliegende Bad hat leider keine funktionierende Belüftung.DIe Beleuchtung im Apartment erlaubt nur 2 Möglichkeiten.Alles an oder aus.Wenigstens gab es ein kleines Nachtischlämpchen das separat geschalten werden konnte.
