Our host Eva was fantastic! She helped us before we arrived and while we were there! She was so welcoming and so responsive when I had questions! The apartment was wonderful. Great location. The entire stay was wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay in Vienna. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and we enjoyed the kitchen/foyer area (and were surprised by how warm and comfortable this area was). The location was ideal for walking to the inner city, and commuting a few stops to the Austria Center for a work conference. We would absolutely stay here again!

The bedrooms were BRIGHT - the ceiling of the bedrooms was glass with white cotton blind, nothing to block the light to sleep in summer....
The kitchen is located outside - one wonders who of the guests would offer to cook in winter...
There is no lounge, as such - no comfortable chairs to relax.
There is a Finnish steam room - available to use (understandably, at additional fee) but no instructions about its use
Also, the roof leaked during a rather wet Vienna night
