Clean big and everything you need you will find it

The building itself is not that clean and you will be smelling the trash cans in the entrance

Apartment can be nice for the family as it is spacious but functionality wise we’re not in proper.. if the Apartment was properly maintained & cleaned; And if the owner try to live in it to know how the guests feels.. it would have been better..

Apartment can be nice for the family as it is spacious but functionality wise we’re not in proper.. if the Apartment was properly maintained & if the owner try to live in it to know how the guests feels.. it would have been better.. 1st, the apartment was not arranged for family of 3-persons while we booked for 2-bedrooms; when we came, the only bed available was the one for child & the master’s room has no pillows/comforters/ towels; the child bed was not clean, obviously someone use it due to some small hairs& dark spots.. I called them around 5:30pm the cleaner came after 8pm as I was asking how the master bedroom was not ready.. so we have to order delivery food..when she came she prepared the masters bed; but unfortunately I have checked the towels & the other bedroom only b4 taking shower & b4 sleeping… 2nd complain - was the Shower area has strong nasty smell from the drainage & literally unable to use at all..we use the tub for shower while standing.. Even when the cleaner opened the glass door, she vomited & just spray deodorant.. and of course it will not be removed Bec it is in the drainage itself & really disgusting smell.. So as a Guest point of view, if someone just cleaned & checked the bathroom, they will know that something is going on on that shower room& they can give us better apartment.. so meaning no one had checked & cleaned.. the feeling when u entered just it looks clean but not really clean.. So what I did, I have cleaned the tub area to take shower & I clean the 2-toilets bowls.. 3rd, check the keys as they have provided us 2-different keys; who can do that?? 4th, I am very hygienic as I am asthmatic & have sensitive skin; b4 coming I have sent msg to them to give us newly washed clean towels/ linens & I explained that I was mentioning Bec I have very sensitive skin & we just want to enjoy & not to go to hosp for some severe allergies..
