Muito bem localizada, acesso fácil com elevador. Ambientes amplos. Apenas um banheiro mas com um toilet extra separado. Fomos no verão, sentimos falta de um ar condicionado. No apartamento havia um AC portátil apenas. O quarto com cama de casal tinha um bom tamanho l, já o quarto com as duas camas e enorme e bem confortável .

Las dos camas de la habitación grande eran muy cómodas. La ubicación, al lado de Praterstern, es excelente para moverse por la ciudad. Tiene una pequeña cocina con lo básico para cocinar algo sencillo.

Problemas en la instalación eléctrica, con enchufes que no funcionan, lamparas que se encienden solas cuando conectas algo a jn enchufe..., falta de mantenimiento en general (enchufes, desagüe del baño casi atascado y lleno de pelos, los apliques para sostener el papel de baño estaban rotos), el suelo flotante es una chapuza, está mal instalado y todo el apartamento tiembla cuando alguien camina.

It’s nothing too serious, but I’m mentioning it so the owner can fix these issues. Additionally, in the shower cabin, the water pressure for hot and cold water needs to be adjusted, and there is a leak from the side into the bathroom. These things should be repaired. Other than that, everything else is perfectly fine.
