Our bright, spacious apartment in 8 near the center Vienna district offers comfort and spaciousness. Since our guests should feel comfortable, we have placed special emphasis on the loving furnishing of the individual rooms. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. TV has more than 100 channels, WiFi is free to use.
Our local tunnel Vienna Live is located in the same building and has been established for decades, where you can also have breakfast, lunch or dinner. In the evening there is often the opportunity to listen to a concert in our music cellar. In the summer months, our sidewalk garden invites you to linger outdoors.
There is a large selection of gastronomic tasting in our area. City Hall, Burgtheater, Votivkirche, Altes AKH etc. are within walking distance.

The apartment was much bigger than I expected which worked out perfectly. It was in a great location, lots of restaurants and access to public transportation. Would stay there again for sure!!!

This stunning apartment is huge and was very clean, the neighbourhood is beautiful and a short walk from the city center. We were a group of 4 adults & it was the perfect size. Despite the very hot August weather it stayed cool with the windows open. There is a resto-bar downstairs (very convenient for us!) and we barely heard any noise from it. A great experience and perfect place to call home for a while in Vienna!
