Hermosisimo apartamento con habitaciones amplias, la decoración exquisita, ubicación maravillosa.

Todo fue excelente

Belle Epoque exceeded our expectations. It is a fabulous apartment. Wonderful large rooms with high ceilings. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very accommodating and answered any queries promptly. The location is very central, just a few minutes walk to the Museum Centre. We would definitely stay here again when in Vienna. We were very impressed with the apartment!!

The fact that there are only 2 showers and 2 toilets was a little awkward as there were 8 of us but that does not take from the otherwise excellent experience. The kettle was difficult to manage, it is hard to pour water from it.

Location was very great and the apartment is spacious. It was easy go around the city and lot of attractions are in walking distance. Would highly recommended to stay here.

Wi-fi worked properly only living room.

Very big, spacious, good location

Host was rude. Very rude. Give me the impression that they didn’t welcome foreigners. Asked for extra duvet, because the heaters wouldn’t work(which is another bad thing.), also asked if they have bed sheet because the bed covers have little holes and the mattress underneath was very dirty and used. Response was “you put 3 person and we give you 4 bedding so no more.” And basically “in Austria we don’t have bed sheets everything is standard Austria bedding.” Seriously? Anyways there were so many better ways you could’ve put that. So bad cleanses facility and host attitude in sum.
