We like the location and private garage parking. The inner play ground is great as well. Instructions to get the keys and enter the garage are clear. For Vienna, it's a great apartment if you travel with a car. That's why we rent this apartment the second time although there're still points that we're not entirely happy about the apartment.
Cleanliness can be better, there's dust on the shelves for example. There's no microwave oven nor washing machine, these details should be made clearer in the advertisement. Though the instructions to enter the garage on the first day and to leave the garage on the last day are clear, the actual procedure is not convenient because you still need to find a temporary parking on the street to earn some time for getting the garage key when arriving and for returning it when leaving.

Very clean and modern apartment with all the necessities.
Everything was good, the apartment seems fast from the city center but in fact the S Bahn line is very close so no problem for that and also to get to the airport it's great.
