City Centre - Best location, big & new 110 m2 apt

The location was great. It was easy to buy food locally to cook in the apartment. There was plenty of hot water for washing and for the shower. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in each bedroom. Also sufficient space to hang up your clothes. Being in the centre it was easy to go to all the places we wanted to visit.

Having to wait to access the apartment after 15.00. Our flight arrived at 10.55 and my sister's at 11.55. The CAT train arrived at the central station about 12.30. Suzana did tell me that she had to clean 3 apartments hence the wait. One thing to mention, we could not get the hob to work. Also my husband had to adjust the door to the shower room to get it to close.

This apartment has two major advantages that forced us to book it. But during the  stay were found 3 big  disadvantages that could make us think twice to book this property ( if we knew them before off course:)). So if rate from 1 to 10 we would say 5. First - it's location.  Apartment is located within 20 minutes of walking from historical city enter. And near (approximately in 3 minutes) there is subway entrance, which allows you very fast reach any part of the city. Second - size of apartment. It has three sleeping rooms , kitchen combined with living room and also separate toilet from bathroom. We stayed here with big company of 6 persons and it was quite comfortable.

The disadvantages start with major one - drain in shower was completely clogged so we had to clean it by ourselves. The second disadvantage is connected with furniture. Bathroom door had broken lock (so it was not possible to lock it and it did not open properly), shower door creaks when openes. Toilet flush was not working correctly , so small flush was not available. One bed carcass was partly broken and made loud noises while sleeping on it. Boiler system worked to loud (especially at night). Plus low overall quality of furniture - old and worn-out mattresses, old lockers and rowers etc.  And last, but not least problem was dirt. Apartment was very dirty and dusty, like it was not cleaned for a weeks or even more.
