Modernes Stadtapartment mit Terrasse

Evin konumu, temizliği, otoparkın varlığı ve kullanım rahatlığı çok iyiydi. Ev sahibinin iletişimi harikaydı. Eve giriş bilgilendirmesi gayet yeterli idi. Kahve makinesi vardı ve ev sahibinin yedek kahve kapsüllerini hazır etmesi çok nazikti.

Apartamentul este curat si foarte bine dotat. Am gasit in apartament tot ce aveam nevoie. Acces usor la mijloace de transport in comun. Magazinul Billa este chiar la coltul blocului. In zona, recomand restaurantul "Schutzhaus Lilli", care este in proprietatea unei românce, doamna Lili, din Iași. Mâncarea este traditionala austriaca, foarte buna, porțiile mari, la un pret decent. Doamna este foarte draguta si ospitaliera.

Totul a fost ok.

Apartment itself was lovely - clean, well maintained, fresh and had sufficient cutlery and kitchen equipment. Felt like a fresh of breath air after coming up from the common areas which was very uninviting. Beds were super comfortable and we had the best sleep during our entire stay in Austria Parking was great Supermarket conveniently located just next door Location was ok - tram was outside and just a short ride to the metro Host was welcoming, polite, very responsive and the instructions for parking and access to the unit were clear

The general neighbourhood and environment within the development was not very inviting. We arrived on a long weekend when the cleaners were away, and the common areas were filled with trash, there was even shards of glass bottles next to the playground, and what looked like old blood stains in the lift lobby. Lift also smelt like urine. (See first two photos) Thankfully when the cleaners came back, it looked fine again (see last photo)

Wij verbleven vier nachten met gezin. Ruime woonkamer met keuken. Tv met Netflix en spotify. Vond het jammer dat je geen locale tv zenders kon opzetten. Tram voor de deur en dan kon je op de metro stappen. Sleutel was makkelijk te pakken.

Geen verduisterende gordijnen waardoor het al vroeg licht was in de slaapkamerkamers. Ook waren sommige haken los. Topper van bed was erg dun waardoor deze verschoof en niet fijn sliep. Miste garde om eieren te klutsen. Miste anti aanbak koekenpan. Miste extra vuilniszakken. Per persoon lag er 1 grote en kleine handdoek voor 4 nachten, dat kan gewoon niet! Kreeg volgende dag wel extra toen ik daarom vroeg, dat was fijn. Wasmachine zou ik echt aanbevelen!! Appartement lag echt in een buitenwijk.
