1. The location was great for us. A Spar and a DM right next to the entrance to the building. Plenty of restaurants on the street, very varied, coffee shops, bakeries, prater park is also close by. 20+ minutes till St Stephen cathedral. 2. The free parking is really helpful and very close to the flat. I was a bit confused about the comments on the parking but the host provides a card to Apcoa parking. 3. The flat itself is comfortable, clean, has enough stuff for a few nights stay.

It was hot when we were there- 34-35 degrees and having air conditioning would have helped. It was not unbearably hot inside as the flat is on ground floor. What i have noticed in a lot of places in Viena is that there are not many flats or even restaurants or museums with air conditioning especially in the center.

Location was perfect. All market and transport station and restaurants around the apartment were very close. You can reach to city center 20-30 min walk. There is no air conditioning as stated in info but portable fans are provided.

The enter and exit of main door is directly connected to main hall of the building but it is not outside. We face issues with car parking, card of garage and walking access did not work we enter and exit each time by calling the parking responsible. They offer that to take a ticket and pay by ourselves and then the price will be refunded. We realized that many people stayed before had got the same problem.

Konum harika çok merkezi. Giriş kaydını portal üzerinden yapıyorsunuz kimseyle uğraşmadan direkt odanızdasınız. Heryere ulaşmak çok kolay. Ücretsiz otopark mükemmel. Aracımızı hiç kullanmadık. Metro durağı hemen yanında. Yanında market var. Tertemizdi. En alt katta olduğu için biz serin serin kaldık. Odada her türlü eşya var düşünülmüş. Mutfak malzemeleri tencere tava bardaklar hepsi vardı. Odaya girene kadar sistemi anlamadık önce;) meğer videolar ile herşeyi anlatmışlar detaylı olarak. Anahtarı nasıl teslim alacaksınız otopark kartı nasıl alınır çöpler nasıl atılacak gibi bilgiler zaten portalda mevcut. Tabi biz otopark kartını alıp otoparka girdik ancak kartı arabada unuttuk;) tekrar otoparka girmek için kullanacağımızı düşünemedik. Ancak bi şekilde çözdük tekrar otoparka girmeyi başardık;)Çok memnun kaldım. Viyana’ya her geldiğimde burada kalacağım kesin. Evimde gibiydim. Görevliler hemen dönüyorlar size.

Yeri çok merkeziydi. Metro durağına yakın olması ve yemek market için çok iyiydi. Yan bina altında otopark olmasıda aracı güvenle park etmemize yaradı.

Klima ve pencerelerde sineklik olmamasından ötürü ve giriş katı olduğu için cam kapı açamadan kalmak zorundaydık. Havasızlık kötüydü. Sabahları bahçe temizliğini sabah 7 de yapan çalışanlar tozu dumana katarak çalışmalarıda epey sinir bozucuydu. Otopark olanaklı olarak aldık ancak otopark kartları çalışmadı yada abonmanlık bitmişti ücret ödemek zorunda kaldık. Ödediğimiz ücreti iade edeceklerini söylediler ödedilerde banka havalesi ile ancak 36,5 Euro’nun 17.20 Euro’su masrafa gitti.
