Location and having an air condition was great. Very central and close to supermarket.

Host kept in contact and met us at the property to walk us through at check in. There is a tram stop right down the street and from there you can get anywhere in the city and beyond. Lovely restaurants and grocery store in the neighborhood.

Very convenient neighborhood to explore Vienna. Apartment was set up to make good use of space. Any where beyond easy walking distance good be reached by mass transit available in several directions.

We stayed at this apartment for two nights, and it was very disappointing. After booking a specific location on Booking.com, the owner changed our reservation to a different, much older building. The apartment was run-down—old furniture, only two pillows on a king bed (one stained), and worn-out towels with holes. There was no iron, and when we asked for more pillows or sheets, he refused. Even more troubling, he had a camera on the front door, so it felt like we were being watched, which was completely unacceptable. Plus, the AC was always shutting down—when we left it for a few hours, the place became unbearably hot. What really upset me was that he charged a $170 deposit to my card without my consent, and then demanded more payment in cash or card on arrival. The staff who helped us was kind, but the owner’s behavior and the condition of the apartment were unacceptable. I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here.
