David was helpful and kind. Helped us through paying for parking in a tough to pay for parking situation. Good man.

When we checked out, the young man in the office was sharp with me about where I stood when asking for a receipt. Put a big yellow line on the floor if you're gonna be sharp with someone about where they stand.

Good location with tram stop across the street. Grocery store right outside the front door!! There were several restaurants just a few blocks away. Parking lot one block down, but it is closing soon so it won't be available any longer. The apartment was spacious and having a separate room for the toilet and a separate room for the shower made it convenient for our group of 5. Loved having a washing machine! AC was very nice for the summer. Loved having a key code and not having to worry about how to get keys when we arrived later than expected!!

One bedroom had no AC, but it was okay with the portable fans we brought. Got a parking ticket on the first day as we didn't know that parking wasn't allowed on the street without a permit. The street signage did not tell us so. If we had arrived earlier and gone to the onsite office next door, we probably would have been advised not to leave the car on the street overnight, but oh, well. Great trip overall. It's a great place.

L'appartamento era molto luminoso e fortunatamente l'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. Vicinissimo alla fermata del tram e di fronte ha un supermercato molto fornito. Sono elementi molto positivi.

Non funzionava il router wi . fi e lo abbiamo (facilmente) sistemato noi. Non ci hanno comunicato il pin per vedere la tv. Insomma i tempi di risposta del gestore non sono stati eccezionali.

Die Dusche lief nicht ab man stand im Saft der Vorgänger! Eine voll Katastrophe, diese selbst auch nicht zu beheben war! Des Weiteren stand die Klobürste im Saft der Vorgänger. Es war ekelhaft. Es gab nicht genügend Besteck für vier. Die Wohnung hatte wenig Atmosphäre beziehungsweise zu wenig Licht und kein Ambiente. Ohne Charme. Feucht und muffig. Im Eingang ein Riesenloch als Begrüßung in der Kachel. Alles in allem für einen Aufenthalt, für eine Familie, die ihren 80. in Wien feiern wollte, wenig beglückend!
