Bright boutique apartment located 15 min from Stephansdom

Everything was fantastic.

I wish there was a basin in the toilet.

Location was good, close to public transport and some good food. The room had enough space and was clean with everything you need.

Nothing, for the price and location it was great.

Easy check-in, Nice hosts (we got to leave our luggage before check-in which was very kind!) It was very clean, good location with a one way tram all the way through town. Really nice big terrace! All over it was what we wished for. Since it was a bit on the pricier side, I would say it is what you would expect. +for a great coffee at the bistro just next to the apartment. I recommend it :)

If anything, we were missing body soap. It had run out when we stayed there.

Absolutely nothing. The security nightmare we experienced and having to desperately call the police in the middle of the night completely overshadowed everything else.

Zero Security: The main building door, which was supposed to have a keypad lock, was left wide open, allowing anyone to enter freely. The fact that the apartment was on the ground floor left us completely vulnerable to any kind of danger. A Terrifying Night & Police Intervention: Around 4:00 AM, someone came to our door and started pounding on it aggressively. This continued on and off for about 45 minutes. We had a child in the apartment with us, and we were so terrified that we had to call the police in the middle of the night. Absolutely Not Suitable for Families: We couldn't sleep a wink after this horrifying experience, and we will never stay in a ground-floor apartment like this again. If you value your safety and your family's well-being, definitely avoid staying here.
