The residence is in a perfect spot. Just 100m from the Augarden Park which is an amazing sport due to playgrounds/running/shade/pool for kids. Just outside the residence it has Trams 2 and 5 where you can go in just three stops to Prater or 6-7 to to the main city. Also, just outside there is a supermarket while in a 400m range there are a few more. One last and perfect thing is that the room had a movable air condition that helped a lot with the 36 days. Also, the room had a fan, iron and even a vacuum. Also, they provide us with a number of nespresso capsules and bags of tea. I highly recommended for families with small kids.
The only thing that wasn't comfortable for me is that there are no total black blinders or shutters so the 4 a.m. sun was waked us up mostly because we are not got used it. We put a linen there in the next day and the problem got solved. Be prepared if you have the same thing with the sun with a proper sleep mask.

The property was more than adequate but I should had paid more attention to the photos associated with the actual room I booked. I was expecting a bigger room but that was my mistake. Looking at the listing again I should had new able to figure that out, live and learn.
The room had a single window that opened into a small shaft like area with now view of anything and little air flow. When window was open and we were just talking at night a neighbour hollered at us to be quiet.

Exceptionally neat, clean and good water pressure in the shower. Instructions I received to get from the train to the accommodation as well as the door code worked well. Any questions I had were answered promptly by the association.
The room was too warm (24 C). I used the instructions to make the temperature cooler, but it didn't work. That was the only negative against the accommodation. The other was it wasn't very close to city center.

Well located. An OK choice if you are just planning to crash at night
I was in apartment 2 which is on the ground floor with a window facing a tiny light well, meaning there was absolutely no daylight. For the price I expected more. Definitely overpriced if you are staying on the ground floor.
