2 Bedroom Apartment for 6 near Donaukanal & U4 U2 Metro

As a couple this worked really well for us. The apartment is much more spacious than we were expecting, bright, modern and genuinely comfortable in a way that made coming back after a day out in Vienna actually something to look forward to. Everything was smooth from the start. Host communicated clearly before we arrived, check-in was easy and well explained for the self check-in, we just showed up and settled in. The apartment felt clean and properly maintained, not just quickly prepared. Kitchen is well equipped so mornings were relaxed, coffee at home, no rush. Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine all there which compared to a hotel room makes a real difference on a longer stay. Bathroom clean and functional, and the apartment just gave us enough space and privacy to properly unwind together. The neighborhood has a nice feel to it. Close to Donaukanal, calm but well connected. Taborstraße and Praterstern both nearby so getting around Vienna is straightforward. Prater, Kunst Haus Wien, St. Stephen's, good cafés and supermarkets all within easy reach. Felt like a proper base rather than just a place to sleep. Would come back.

Todo correcto, en cuanto a información previa a la llegada. Muy limpio y con lo esencial para pasar unos días. Cerca de supermercado y tranvía para llegar al centro. 100%recomendable

The only thing good about this place is the positioning, it is a quiet neighborhood, some near shops and it is a walking distance from the main city attractions.

It was a total disappointment, there is a persistent smell of oldish in the whole apartment, also the design of it is a kitsch, modern furniture with old decorations together, a very bad carpet curved upside on the edges and with stains on it, it feels that somebody just threw some random furniture and a painting over the old one, and now money can come. Everything is strange about this place, the parquet floor is literally moving under your feet at any step on it, there are strange noises coming from all the things. When you try to use the stove hood and the heating system starts, the stove hood is running out of power, same story with the bathroom fan. The agency says that there will be some keys on the living room table, from the building door, but there were not any keys in the whole apartment, I wrote to them from the moment that we arrived that we did not find any keys. On our last day, we received a message from them to leave the key on the table. It was annoying. We were a family with a small child and we did not feel safe in this location, the door from the apartment has a weak locking system, poor I would say. The bathroom with the toilet has a creepy window that is always open, and it was a constant whistling wind from that window. The kitchen is very small, the microwave is it in the living room. The bed and sofa were uncomfortable, we couldn't sleep well on them. The view (I attached a photo) from the apartment window is from a horror movie, with some abandoned buildings, partiality demolished, horrible view. From the pictures it looks nice and cozy but for us it was one of the worst accommodations that we ever stayed in.
