easy-flat Stadtpark - Premium AC Apartments

standard procedure: the host provided a code to access the apartment.

The apartment windows face the sidewalk, so passersby can see inside. There is a lack of privacy, which could easily be solved by applying a simple, inexpensive one-way privacy window film—the kind that acts as a mirror from the outside but remains transparent from the inside.

Everything

The bathroom door doesn’t close well

We loved that the place had everything they promised. Bathroom and toilet were separate. Room was clean. Host was also very accommodative when we requested for extra pillows and when we needed to throw the trash out.

We wished the place was bigger. What was shown in the photos vs what we got was somewhat a put-off. Pillows has to be changed. They were super thin, and quite bad for our necks! Hope we had fluffier ones (or more!)

Good location and modern apartment.

No towels on arrival but managed to contact the property management and get sorted quickly. The lighting system is a disaster. All too modern, based on movement and no override capabilities. Lights kept coming on at night when we moved, turned over in bed as well as nipping to the toilet. 1st night about 6 times, full and bright, not just a super dim night light. No switch to quickly turn them off once up. You have to scroll through options that start at all lights on! Moved apartments as we thought it was a problem just with ours but the issue was there with the 2nd too, just not quite as sensitive. This design is flawed and needs to be put right quickly.
