The private apartment is accessible directly from the carport parking area to the front door and opens into a large entryway with a coat closet; to the left are a bedroom (also accessible for people with disabilities), a luxury bathroom, and a separate toilet with an additional shower.
At the end of the entryway is a large closet, and at the far end of the 100 m² living room is a staircase leading to the sleeping area for 13 people. The living room flows into a dining area with a tiled stove and a large kitchen; the living room features various seating areas, including a raised seating area in the bay window, a TV with three sofas, and an open fireplace.
Near the exit to the balcony, which totals 40 m², there is an additional table with chairs for dining, etc. The dining table by the tiled stove seats 8 people.
The upper floor has 5 additional bedrooms and a bathroom.
Next to the carport is a ski/bike shed, and next to that is the staircase leading to the outdoor wellness area and terrace.
