Perched on the quiet scenic hillside of Germasino, this modern 3-storey villa provides carefree escapism for family and friends.
Inside, a lovely light and spacious ground floor living room with an L-shaped sofa, ambient fireplace and flat screen TV is accompanied by a stylish dining space for 8. An accompanying separate lake view Kitchen can also be found on this floor and is equipped with a gas cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer and drip coffee machine.
Leading outside from the Living room, a covered alfresco terrace partially open on one side and closed with a picture window on the other, provides a sheltered scenic lake-mountain view setting for memorable alfresco meals.
The 1st floor of the villa features 2 spacious Double bedrooms with romantic beamed ceilings, each with a lake view and terrace access. From the villa’s welcoming ground floor, a flight of stairs leads out to a lower-level ground floor room with direct access out onto a sunny portico terrace. The open plan guest room features a modern Double bed, wardrobe and ambient fireplace, perfect for wintertime holiday slumbers. A third Double bedroom with partial lake views also features on the lower ground floor of the villa.
The couple-friendly Double bedrooms are complemented by 2 modern fitted shower rooms, each with a WC and an extra service WC to the ground floor, for added convenience.
Outside, a lovely private garden can be enjoyed on two levels. The Villa was absolutely exceptional! The most incredible views, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. We had the most wonderful week and loved the pool and the peaceful location. The outside dining area was fabulous with a panoramic view of the lake and mountains. A car is a must as the Villa is quite a way up the mountain but it is within walking distance of the nearest town at the bottom (around 45 minutes each way)

The house was good for us as a 4 person family. I would not recommend to stay here with more than 6 people. We liked the kitchen, patio with the beautiful view and pool area. We found the celar sleeping rooms and bath room smelling a bit after sewer and did not have warm water for a shower here. The road towards the house is challenging for bigger cars,since these are very narrow and steep. We would only recommend this if you’ve got a smaller car.
