A newly built detached house situated on the hillside above Pianello del Lario in a very tranquil location.

The house is arranged over two floors - there is an open plan living room, kitchen & dining area and a master bedroom & balcony with gorgeous views of the lake, plus an en-suite bathroom. There is also a downstairs cloakroom toilet. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms; 3 with double beds and the fourth one has a large single bed suitable for one adult or 2 children. There is also a bathroom upstairs fitted with a large shower.

There are 2 bathrooms:

Bathrooms 1: this ensuite bathroom features a bathtub with shower and WC.
Bathroom 2: the bathroom features a shower, a bidet and a WC.
Extra: There is another bathroom with only a WC.

The interior has been furnished in a very comfortable & contemporary style. The kitchen is fully-fitted with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle & toaster. In the lounge area, the entertainment includes a Wide Flat screen TV. There is also a lovely stone built fireplace which you can use. Enjoy a real log fire in the stunning wooded hills above Lake Como.
All of the bedrooms enjoy the magnificent views of the central lake area and the Alps to the north.

Outside, there is a private pool and large open terrace with a unique, stone dining table from where you can enjoy Italian \'al fresco\' dining.

There is a spacious parking space fronting the house available for the guests.

The property has no heating.

Pianello del Lario is a charming little village on lake Como at 46km from town Como on the north-western shore. It has a long-sandy-gravel beach called Laguna Beach. In Pianello village, every amenity is at your disposal - a local bakery, supermarket, cafes and restaurants provide a true taste of the relaxed Italian lifestyle while for the adventurous amongst you, there is hiking, water sports, golf and skiing, all easily accessible in the surrounding areas.

Whether your holiday plans are for simply relaxing or reading a book with a cappuccino on the terrace; perhaps walking in the Italian Alps with all that fresh alpine air; alternatively, you\'re adventure plans may see you windsurfing, boating or fishing on this truly spectacular lake and then of course, there is skiing at the world famous St. Moritz or at Madesimo, a charming ski resort just 60km away (1hr 15 mins) - then Villa Rustico is the place for you.
