Lovely new property, with great pool. Good for families.

This is quite a new property, so it is in excellent condition. All the staff were easy to communicate with, and were very friendly. Everything worked really well. The swimming pool area is great for families, and you can't hear outside because the apartments are well-insulated. The pool was a real highlight. Please bring your own pool towels, as you shouldn't use the bathroom towels. We liked being able to sit on our terrace or use the sun loungers, or even be in the apartment with the door open to watch the kids. The apartment came with a collation of items to get you going until you could get to the shop (dishwasher tabs, washing machine pod, some coffee capsules). They seemed to have thought of everything for the apartment, I can't think what we missed. The location is close enough to the town to walk, and have close access to the lake. Air conditioning worked very well.

The roads to get the property are very small and narrow, but this is Italy; leave your massive SUV at home. The internet was a bit tricky, as it seemed to be in that area - the property will be improving that though. If you are trying to be more off-grid it's great - if your family is trying to use all their devices it might not work - but then again is that a bad thing?!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Absolutely stunning location. Everything you need including washing machine. Very short walk to shore of Lake Como. As we had not hired a car, we had use of the 2 mountain bikes on site which was fantastic.

Ideal location for a family

Our stay was wonderful (family of four with two 10-year-old children). The pool was never overcrowded, and there were always sunbeds available. The apartment was perfectly equipped – especially the kitchen, which was truly impressive. It was easy to prepare quick meals and snacks. Everything was very clean and fresh. The staff were always helpful and kind. The location is slightly off the beaten path, which was actually a big advantage for us – peaceful and relaxing.

The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi, but we were informed that they are already working on improving it.

Sehr sauber. Sehr gut ausgestattet. Nettes personal. 5 Minuten zu Fuss bis zum See. 15 Minuten zum Dorf für Einkauf. Immer genügend Liegen vorhanden am Pool.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Mit dem Auto kann man alle naheliegenden Städte erkunden. Auf jeden Fall empfehle

Kleine Wohnanlage mit 8 Wohnungen, Garage und Swimmingpool. Sehr nettes Personal. Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Nähe zum See und der Stadtmitte, nette Gastgeber, wunderschöne Anlage mitten in der Natur. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Im Apartment hat es nach Farbe gerochen, vermutlich frisch gestrichen. Wir mussten oft lüften.

E' stata una vacanza veramente rilassante. Contiamo di tornarci ancora.

Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio, dotato di ogni attrezzatura necessaria (dagli accessori in cucina alla capsula di detersivo per la lavatrice). Spazi privati comodi e ben vivibili. Ottimi spazi comuni che garantiscono un piacevole soggiorno. Personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile.
