Villa Carluccia is located in the village of San Siro, just a few meters far from the Como lake's beaches and the small harbor of Santa Maria.
Villa Carluccia (300 smq) consists of:
- 1 big lounge with chimney, at the low ground, overlooking the garden and lake;
- 1 dining-room next to the kitchen;
- 1 large fully equipped kitchen with chimney;
- 5 bedrooms at the first floor (overlooking the lake and the garden)
- 3 bathrooms (with shower/tub);
- 1 balcony + 1 terrace
- Laundry area.
The garden (600 sqm) with lake view, has a Jacuzzi for 5 people and a table for outdoor dining.

We had a group of 10 people ages 6 months to adult and we loved this stay. The location is perfect, across the street from a small cafe and sandy beach with a dock for jumping in the water. It was very hot but the house stayed relatively cool and we were ok at night with fans while sleeping. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The villa was large enough to welcome 20 people in 5 large rooms, very well equipped with comfortable beds and good closets. A dining area, large sitting room and big TV room allowed both gatherings and privacy.

My wife and I and two friends had a wonderful week in Villa Carluccia. It is very spacious and elegant and we made good use of the hot tub in the well groomed garden. It is in a good location and we enjoyed eating in the beach restaurant across the road. Franco was a very charming and attentive host. We will return.

We enjoyed our weekend very much. The house was clean, comfortable and had a perfect location right across from the lake. The host was very friendly and helpful the whole weekend. I would highly recommend this house!

Beautiful villa, good location, very nice hosts

This villa, spacious, with high ceilings, very nicely furnished, is an ideal place for bigger groups of guests, family reunions. Located close to the famous triangle Menaggio - Varenna - Belaggio, it also gives you a good opportunity to travel around the whole lake or even for day trips to Switzerland. Just a few tens of meters from the beach (just remember, it is a pebble beach, don't forget your swimming shoes). Franco and his sister, Monica, are very nice hosts, friendly and helpful. Will certainly highly recommend this place to other travelers.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer problemlos und schnell. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und bestens ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten: genügend Platz, Handtücher, Küchengeräte und Geschirr, Stühle, Liegen, .... Der See liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Am Strand sind ein Café, ein Beachvolleyballplatz und ein SUP-Verleih. Das einzige Manko: Das Haus steht direkt an einer Straße, die viel befahren wird, da sie die einzige Straße ist, die am See entlangführt und die Orte miteinander verbindet.

La villa est très agréable et fonctionnelle ; comme les salons, au rez-de-chaussée, les chambres, à l’étage, sont grandes, belles et lumineuses et offrent toutes une vue extraordinaire sur le lac. Le paysage est indescriptible de beauté. Il suffit de traverser la route pour se trouver au bord du lac avec une pizzeria-bistrot très abordable et des serveurs amicaux ; il y a quelques commerces de proximité à 2 ou 3 minutes à pied. Enfin, le propriétaire, Franco, est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponible et soucieux de rendre service.

We have booked the Villa Carluccia for long weekend with friends in July. Upon arrival, Franco already waited in front of the house to hand over the keys and give us a quick guided tour. The description fits perfectly to the house and we had plenty of leisure opportunities. In case of questions, it was possible to reach Franco within a short time period and he was very helpful. All in all, it was a very relaxing time and it is a perfect location to enjoy the atmosphere of the Comer See.
