Location was great and the area is safe and quiet. The woman who checked us in was sweet and kind and helpful. She was very responsive to questions over Whatsapp. Breakfast was decent and delivered to the room. Everything was clean and the room was spacious. It was a very appealing property visually and everything was well appointed.

The room booked is called a Superior Triple, advertised with a king and a twin. It contained one queen bed and I was forced to sleep in the same bed as my friend, unexpectedly. When asked, the proprietor said the single bed is only available for a room booked for 3 people, but that is NOT what I saw/booked on this website. Booking.com needs to change the listing and be clear about what you are able to book. I would have chosen a different accommodation had I known. I consider this a listing issue, not a property issue. For this reason only, I will say the property did not meet my expectations. The employee who worked on the floor was very unfriendly to me and several times actually raised his voice to yell at me, which I have never experienced. One instance was because I was trying to be helpful and delivered my breakfast request sheet to the office downstairs, not understanding that it was ONLY supposed to be left in the hallway. My intention was to save the nice woman a trip upstairs. For 5 minutes, I was repeatedly asked why would I do that and yelled at for having done it incorrectly. I apologized profusely but that did not stop the rant. That was one of 3 similar interactions. Based on the difficulty I had communicating with someone who did not want to listen to me, I would not stay here again.

there was a misunderstanding we thought we would get 2 rooms in one unit. one for us and another one for our friends. in the end we were forced to sleep in one room we tried to convince the proprietor that that was not our understanding, but she would not listen to our complaint at all. we then asked her to refund us so that we can go to another hotel but she refused. we even lodged our complaint to your representative who did not even want to understand our predicament. both the owner and your representative have very poor customer service skills. in the end we did not have any choice but to take the room. what one sees in pictures and the actual rooms it is like heaven and earth. by the way in the brochure it is written 3 rooms and they claim it means 3 people. .I think that is misleading, but now I am very reluctant to use your services in the future. in fact we cancelled the booking on our return from Athens.
