The location of the property was perfect. You’ll need to walk a little to either the metro or to the Vatican, but relatively close. Restaurants all around and plenty of gelato!
My room faced the street and so there were times when loud people could be heard clearly.

The location of Annette B&B is excellent in terms of airport shuttle and proximity to the Vatican. Gabriel was very helpful, and the owner was also very hospitable. The room was comfortable.
The proximity to the airport shuttle stop can also pose a problem due to street noise. The lack of en-suite bath was an inconvenience at times.

Gabriela was WONDERFUL ! When we arrived she sat with us and asked us what we our plans were, she then took out a map and went over all our tours so we knew where to go. She also highlighted places of interest, then showed us a list of where to eat and her favorite places. Everything was always clean and she was always available if we had any questions. If I ever come back to Rome I would stay here again. Gabriela was fun and made us feel comfortable.
Took a bit to get the hang of the keys, especially the bathroom, but it we dealt with it.

Gabi the host couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating, did everything she could to make our stay the best it could, even went through a map with us to help us see the sights of Rome. Was so well situated to see the sights.
