Check-in was easy, and our first night was great. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop and loved the scenery, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing. The next morning, the fire alarm went off and guests had to evacuate. There was little to no communication from staff about when it was safe to return, so we left the area for a few hours to be cautious.
We were also unable to access the rooftop again despite being hotel guests, which was frustrating considering it was heavily advertised.
If possible, avoid rooms on the 6th floor. The bar music continues late and staff began setting up tables early in the morning, making it difficult to rest.
The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent throughout the stay.
Most disappointing was the customer service. Staff often appeared uninterested and ignored concerns rather than trying to help.
I would have considered leaving earlier, but the hotel requires advance payment. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again.

Small rooms. Can barely open our suitcases. We found moth in the bathroom. The street where the hotel is located is always fully parked so we couldn’t load/unload at the hotel. Not convenient and costly
