Friendly staff they very accommodating specially Christopher very helpful always smile.
Very weak WiFi we had to used our Roaming data most of the time. I think this is something that they should consider to upgrade the speed specially for kids who likes to stream.

Loved how friendly the staff were and how much they knew about the place and helped us around rome.
Our room was a bit further from the lobby so the wifi didn’t work in half the room ( only worked near the door, which I definitely took advantage of ), other than that it’s a near perfect room

Location was great super central
Quite dated dark rooms, window looked out to a wall. Noisy fridge, electrical box and a huge ugly and noisy boiler in the bathroom cupboard. Rooms decor really needed a revamp.
