I was contacted directly by the staff to my personal number and even though we arrived a little after check in hours there was still someone at the property ready to allow us to enter and greet us. She was quite friendly and helpful regarding our questions. And 2 days afterwards we were asked if needed more towels.

Good location on a reasonable quiet Street. Close to nice restaurants and to the vatican area. The beds (we had a 3 bed room) were comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff, water boiler in the room and choices of coffe and tea to choose from. The fridge in the room was also much appreciated. We could also leave our luggage before and after check in/check out without extra charge. Much appreciated! We would not hesitate to return another time and to recommend it to everyone!
Overall a very clean impression although we after having walked on the floor in the room for a while, could see that our bare feet soles became a little bit dirty. Needed to be washed before bed although we had already had a shower.

Location was great super central
Quite dated dark rooms, window looked out to a wall. Noisy fridge, electrical box and a huge ugly and noisy boiler in the bathroom cupboard. Rooms decor really needed a revamp.
