Convenient location to the Vatican and shopping. The host Susanna was exceptional in service and accommodation.
Just a little difficult to find. We got lost the first day trying to find our way back.

Great communication with Susanna before the stay. She greeted us upon our arrival. Location was good, we enjoyed walking to our destinations. Room was comfortable and enough space for us and our children 20 and 18.
Our room was near a restaurant a few floors down on the street. With the window open it was possible to hear trash and recycling being taken out around midnight. To a heavy sleeper (like me) not a problem but my husband is a light sleeper.

It is close to Vatican City and surrounded by excellent shopping and dining places. It is located on the third floor (via elevator) and seemed quite safe and private. The coffee machine produces superb coffee! It is very clean and well-maintained. Small refrigerator available in the room.
Parking in Rome is a challenge on any day. The recommended parking garage was permanently closed and we had to drive around the area to find a parking garage and walk back to the property. Be prepared by looking online first (which I neglected to do!) Property is on the third floor and has a staircase and then an elevator. Not a big deal but be aware of this. Wi-Fi was a problem - wrong password?

The WiFi was not working most of our stay. But they were actively trying to fix it.
