It was very clean and air conditioning worked well
They did not provide shampoo and conditioner or lotion. That was a surprise

The location was excellent — close to the Vatican and a metro station. The room was clean and tidied every day. Air conditioning worked well, and the mattress was very comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room, a coffee machine in the corridor, and plenty of tea and coffee provided. Breakfast vouchers were provided for the local cafeteria. Susanna was very nice and responsive.
Towels are meant to be changed every 3 days per hotel policy, but this didn’t happen on schedule — though when I messaged Susanna about it, it was sorted the next day, which I appreciated. We also ran out of toilet paper at one point, and it wasn’t replaced by the cleaner.

Just a little difficult to find. We got lost the first day trying to find our way back.

The WiFi was not working most of our stay. But they were actively trying to fix it.
