The location is amazing.

The water for the air conditioning frequently leaked on the floor.

The room was tidy, clean, and comfortable.

It wasn't easy to find buses to return to the hotel.

The room was great dimension and very clean, the bed I guess is the best I ever had, Angelo, the host, was very helpful and always ready to help and give some tips, great location, u can start visiting city as soon as u are out of the door, I will definitely come back there for my next trip

The room was clean, comfortable and located in an excellent location. After we raised concerns regarding being given a different room from our booking and much discussing back and forward, the host later explained the reason for the room change and offered compensation in the form of breakfast vouchers.

Upon arrival, we discovered that we had not been placed in the room originally booked. Although there was later an explanation provided for this, it was not communicated during check in which would have saved a lot of trouble for both parties. Even though we communicated about this politely, communication with the host was initially difficult, and messages received via WhatsApp came across as abrasive and, at times attacking. While there may have been language barriers involved, clearer communication tools are readily available and may have helped avoid misunderstandings. After reading other reviews, it appears that similar communication concerns have been raised by previous guests when issues were brought forward. The host did make a turn around and said he would give us free breakfast vouchers the next morning however, nothing arrived that day. When we checked out the day after this and let him know we had left, he asked us to wait 20 minutes and he would deliver the breakfast vouchers. We had already checked out and left the premises. Guests who are satisfied with the allocated room and do not require assistance or clarification will likely have a straightforward and positive stay.
