Art Atelier Accomodation Guest House

The staff at Art Artelier accomodation B&B, all so lovely, welcoming, and friendly and sweet.They Would all do anything for you,and looked after us very well. Riccardo, was very helpful and and sweet, full of knowledge, for anywhere I needed to go.we both felt very safe staying here. It was perfect location, only 5 - 10 mins walk to the Vatican. Bus stop across the road., will take anywhere you'd like to go for just 1 euro 50 cent. Have to use google maps to put where you want to got to get correct bus number for your journey. Great way of travelling around Rome. We would deffinately be staying here again.. Thank you Riccardo & all the staff at Artelier Accomodation B&B. We loved out stay with you. Very cisy beds. We had wonderful sleeps.

Only tiny thing, we love our cups of tea, and would have been nice to have our own kettle in the room, but no biggy. As were allowed to use the kettle in main dinning area when every we liked.

The location is excellent. It is very close to the Vatican, the Ottaviano metro station, and great shopping streets. It was a very convenient base for walking around the city.

There were several major issues. First, the room was quite noisy. Second, the maintenance is poor: the shower drain was completely blocked, and the Wi-Fi connection was very weak. Finally, while the staff was present when we arrived at 12:00 to hand over the keys, there is no one available in the evening or at night. When we ran out of toilet paper yesterday evening, the property was unstaffed, and we had to send a message on WhatsApp to their contact number to resolve such a basic issue.

Location was great.

The entry was confusing to find the property entrance.
