When we arrived, we found that the hotel we had booked was under construction. Neither the hotel nor Agoda had informed us in advance, which was very stressful. As it was our first time in Italy, we were quite scared and nearly in tears. A construction worker kindly tried to help us by making a phone call, although he didn't speak much English. We were told that our reservation had been moved to another branch, but no one explained where it was or how to get there. I had to spend about 15 minutes walking around and asking people on the street for directions. Fortunately, a man at a flower shop showed me the way, and I was finally able to find the hotel. When we arrived, they simply confirmed our booking without offering any apology or explanation. We had big pieces of luggage, and thankfully my sister stayed behind with them while I searched for the new location. The whole experience was very frustrating and could have been avoided with proper communication. That said, once we arrived, the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and met our expectations. For that reason, I still gave it 5 stars, but I sincerely hope the hotel improves its communication with guests in situations like this.

The hotel was amazing I had a room with a balcony, the 18 sqm room. The staff was good but I expect in a 4 stars hotel at least a bath robe and slippers they didn’t provide any plus they only put two towels the body and hair shampoo weren’t good but the soaps that they provided were amazing. At the check out there was a long line and I had a flight the staff wanted me to wait in order to process the check out it took too much time and I missed my flight because of it. I did give him money to charge anything just to let me leave but he refused. Please note there was nothing of value in fridge only cocacola bottle of water and a beer and fanta no whiskey or alcoholic drinks they shouldn’t keep people waiting. The location was great easy access. They should work on the cleaning check out staff bar products, you expect more from a 4 stars hotel.

It was one night in Rome and always great.Staff in the hotel is exceptional. There is lift soo good,tv so I could watch atp final,comfortable bed,and shoe sponge.Breakfast very good and big choice!!

Not sure how this place is rated a four star, it maybe a two or three stars at most from what I am normallh used to. Maybe thats why it was relatively less expensive than other four star places. The place itself has great potential but the rooms (especially bathroom) and general facilities are way over due for an upgrade. To be fair, the staff were professional, our room was clean and the mattresses were firm and comfortable, but the rooms are very dated and the entire place has that musty smell of an old basement that lingers. Just a few things that could be immediately fixed : 1) dangling hallway lightbulbs in staircase, exposed electrical wires and lack of lamp shapes made the entire place feel very ghetto and worn down 2) faucets and handles in the bathtub were all rusty and peeling which made taking a shower very uncomfortable As for location, it was great for someone looking to get away from the crowds and yet still be in 20min walking distance from all major sights. We loved the location. The place ha really great potential, some sprucing up could really elevate the entire experience.
