Being in a historical building and location was super cool. The elevator was neat to try something different. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.If visiting the vatican it's the perfect location.
The rooms ceilings can use some fresh paint and the showers could be a bit cleaner. Bit overall I enjoyed my stay.

We liked the location right beside St Peter’s square. Mateo our host was excellent very informative and couldn’t do enough for us.
We had to climb about 60 stairs to the top of guesthouse with luggage but to be fair mateo was helping us all the way. There was a lift but looked dodgey so we didn’t use it. There wasn’t a pleasant smell in our room it was like the drains needed sorted.
