Location was perfect for the Vatican and local restaurants. Further from the Colosseum but a longer walk was not an issue for us. Easy check in process. Good aircon especially as it was hot.
The breakfast was ok but due to the set up some of it seemed to be long life packaged. Often you don't get breakfast in other places and it still set us up for the day. Lacking a bit of decor to make it nicer in the room and a few bits need some refurbishment but overall it was ok.

We liked the location right beside St Peter’s square. Mateo our host was excellent very informative and couldn’t do enough for us.
We had to climb about 60 stairs to the top of guesthouse with luggage but to be fair mateo was helping us all the way. There was a lift but looked dodgey so we didn’t use it. There wasn’t a pleasant smell in our room it was like the drains needed sorted.
