Adrian was really nice and helpful, the property is as describe and, both the building and the area feel safe. It has been well thought for a short stay and it is close to the Vatican and to great restaurants. Ottaviano metro station is literally around the corner and it is an easy connection through Roma Termini back to Fiumicino. If you are a light sleeper, pick the rooms in the third floor they are better, more confortable and more modern than the ones in the first floor. We requested to be changed and they were nice enough to provide us with a room in the third floor, it was a game changer and the reason why we would stay again there.

The rooms in the first floor are noisy because the are directly on the street, so you are not guaranteed a good night sleep and they get hot especially when the weather is changing, winter is not entirely gone and there is no AC.

The room was clean and in a good location.

The bathroom was broken, the shower holder was snapped so showering was difficult. The WiFi was very slow. The rooms were very close to eachother so could hear everything and the corridor smelt. Overall was average and expensive for what we paid.
