Place was very spacious and cozy, neat and organized. It also has elevator, and that alone is very helpful. The host was very friendly and responds timely. They cleaned our room real good and even provided water bottles during the whole stay. Location is close to the center, with a lot of shops and restos around. It is also very close to Vatican City which is the main reason we chose this place. It has CCTV around so it is very secured. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit Vatican City, it's literally walking distance. Ottaviano train station is also walking distance. Being close to McDonalds is also a plus!

With hot and humid Rome weather, it would be helpful if AC is blowing really cold air. We would appreciate an additional trash can too or a little bigger one than the one in the bathroom.

Lovely sized room, light and airy and clean. Air-conditioning and fridge in room were a bonus. No face to face contact with staff but excellent communication/instructions via watsapp. Fab location and felt safe and secure. Would stay again.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable but that is just from our personal preference. Shower appeared to have low pressure. Nothing that really impacted our stay and would choose to stay in future.

The room was clean and in a good location.

The bathroom was broken, the shower holder was snapped so showering was difficult. The WiFi was very slow. The rooms were very close to eachother so could hear everything and the corridor smelt. Overall was average and expensive for what we paid.
