Location was good, room was clean, host was nice, easy access to property.
Room was a bit small, but for us it was ok. Bathroom was good but the shower was small and I barely fit there, but still in terms of price it can be handled. Cleaning room is only once for the second day you need to pay additional fee.

Buongiorno, vorrei segnalare che sicuramente per una svista, non c'era la bottiglietta d'acqua come segnalata nel foglietto sul tavolino. Ma questa è solo una piccolezza. Un consiglio, avrei gradito le tazzine piccole e non tazze grandi per il caffè, ma anche questa è una piccolezza. Per l'accesso alla struttura avrei preferito qualche info in più, tipo scala B e terzo piano ... per non girare tutto lo stabile.

La ubicación, la cama muy cómoda y estaba muy bien aislado del ruido de la calle al dar a un patio interior
No hay servicio de limpieza durante la estancia, que por el precio que se paga podría tenerlo…

La posizione era perfetta, praticamente all'uscita della metro e a pochi passi da San Pietro.
La nostra camera n°3 aveva il ripostiglio con la caldaia (di tutte le camere) ed emanava un odore fortissimo di acqua stagnante e fogna. Il proprietario consapevole della situazione (presente da tempo come lui stesso ci ha riferito) ha provato a risolvere per una notte spostandoci in una camera differente. Purtroppo ritornati nella nostra camera il problema si è ripresentato. In quattro giorni purtroppo non ci sono stati riforniti i servizi base come carta igienica e shampoo/bagnodoccia e non è stata buttata la spazzatura.
