Great location. Easy access via self check in. Comfortable beds.

I was in a single bedroom; The staff was amazing and very helpfull; The place is conveniently located close to a metro station; The neighbourhood is quiet; The room was clean
The WiFi expecially at night was not good; The place was noisy - you could hear doors slamming and people walking around and speaking loudly in the hallway; My room was facing an AC, which when turned on during the day was making an inconvenient noise

The aircondioner of my room was not blowing cold air. I slept in a warm room the first of 3 nights. 2nd day the staff gave me a portable aircon.
I was not transferred to a different room. Management called a technician who came on the 3rd day. I felt management did not look after comfort of its patron. It caused me stress on my holiday. I had to adjust instead of management taking me out of the situation.
