Everything perfect. Clean, nice location, good size. Air conditioner is perfect. Nice bathroom. They have clear statements about the check in time. If you arrive very late out of the recommended check in time make sure to ask for videos how to access the property because in the dark and late can be difficult. My flat was on the 5th floor . There is lift. It’s not an hotel so you need to be careful keeping your keys .

Very nice room, large, modern, clean, comfortable, well equiped, very nice bathroom too. Very central location in the heart of Rome. Easy Checkin, flexible staff.
The room was not well isolated from the corridors of the hotel. Several times we felt annoyed and unconfortable (noisy guests during the night, loud cleaning staff in the morning)
