Location was fantastic. We like the Italian feel of the place. We felt very safe and secure.
Toilet didn’t flush well. Shower warm but not hot. Second night we were awoken at 4.30 am by cleaner. Heard coffee machine go on and constant crunching and rattling of bags( guessing clearing bins etc) which we thought a little inconsiderate!

Amazing location and big beautiful room. The building is very authentic and nice.
It takes a bit long for the water of the shower to get hot. We were informed that they have a boiler because it would require a tank that's too large to provide hot water for all the rooms and they don't have that much space to install it.

The property is on the fifth floor of a lovely building and is well presented. It was comfortable for two people - natural light & the a/c worked well.
A small communal area with coffee machine was handy.
Within 15-20 minutes by foot you can be at most of the main spots in Rome - bus and metro are close by.
Ilenia was very helpful and responded quickly to any messages.
The shower is not very hot but it’s manageable in the warmer weather for a couple of days.
The toilet did not flush intermittently - Ilenia responded quickly and arranged a plumber but it continued

The location is close to most attractions and you can do a loop to get most of them in one day if you don’t mind walking. My room was very spacious (room 1).
The water had some issues on 2 days of my stay as they had to turn it off for some work. The water got brown in the evening before they sent a message informing everyone about the work. The window in the toilet didn't close (though it’s just a small one).
