The location is very good, relatively close to the historic centre and the river. The room is cleaned everyday. The staff are friendly and do their best to help.
Having to pay for luggage to be looked after on the day of leaving. We had to pay 5 euros for each bag/suitcase in cash which was a bit of a bother. Better to book this in advance. No breakfast is provided. It can be a bit noisy during busy times, where conversations in the hallway can be heard. Bathroom was a little small but the shower was good.
