I loved that hotel, very nice staff, very helpfull, highly recommend

The center of Vatican. 20 min by walk to basilica. Plenty shops, restaurants and even apothecary is near. Clean room, breakfast is for bonus pay. Pleasant staff. There is kettle in room with coffee and tea. Water is drinkable from sink. Parking is on street nearby building.

Could not find the right door to get in. Should ask for help on street. Suggest write proper description about the right doors.

Nice location, quiet and peaceful, and within walking distance to all major places in Rome.

Bathroom condition: The bathroom was cleaned, but it is very old and looks unclean. There was black mold on the walls, which made it uncomfortable to use. Check-in process: The check-in process was not clear. There is no reception, and in the morning some visitors rang the doorbell for about 20 minutes, waking up the entire hotel. At that moment, we did not know if we were supposed to help or what to do. Breakfast service: Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is a nice idea. However, the system is not clearly explained. If you do not order breakfast on time, it will not be delivered, and this was not communicated clearly. One day we did not receive the order form and thought breakfast would be prepared based on the previous order, but it was not. The hotel then suggested that we go out for breakfast and compensated us for it, which was kind of them, but it still made the experience more complicated than expected.
