The staff were very flexible with our requests, and I received immediate responses to everything. The location is great—quiet and peaceful, so we slept very well. It’s easily accessible by public transport. I would recommend it to anyone. There are also good breakfast spots nearby.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Room service and cleaning was done daily and done to a high standard. Location of the hotel is perfect for getting in quickly to the city centre via tram and bus, not too far to walk either if that was your preferred option.
The hairdryer in the room wasn’t functioning, but it wasn’t a big enough issue for me to change my high opinion of the accommodation

Good location, cute apartman, the staff was very kind and helpful.
The only things we didn’t like about the apartment were the poor sound insulation we could hear everything around us and the TV, which didn’t work properly. We couldn’t access any of the apps, and it was barely functioning. The internet was also very poor.
