The location was good and breakfast was decent, however the service was not that great, one lady forgot all the time what I asked but another lady brought us what we asked We have some issues with our stay but the hotel team promissed to address them and I'm glad to hear that our complains are being addressed

Value for money — For a rate of €300–400+ per night, I expected a well-maintained room. Upon arrival we had to request a room change, which took considerable time. The replacement was better, but still not up to the standard one would expect at this price point. Cleanliness — The lighting fixtures were visibly dusty throughout the room, which was disappointing. Facilities — We encountered a power outage in the gym that left the equipment unusable. I reported it to reception and it was eventually resolved, but this kind of maintenance lapse shouldn’t occur at a property in this category. Reception — Baggage assistance took an unusually long time. More frustratingly, I gave advance notice to reschedule our taxi by 15 minutes, but the hotel failed to relay this to the driver — who then attempted to charge double the fare for the wait. This was entirely avoidable. That said, Daniel at the front desk was attentive, kind, and proactive in trying to make our stay more comfortable. We are loyal guests of this chain and have had excellent experiences at other properties, which makes this stay disappointing. I'm glad that the management contacted me and informed they are taking the necessary measures so other customers don't have the same issues I faced
