I liked the place, I will still book it with my family, transport very accessible

No Breakfast, it was few yoghurt and cereals

The breakfast element is not feasible for Airbnb. There was over promising of services that are not there including sending someone to clean on Fridays. Provision of food that are not culturally sensitive such as maize meal with salt included in it. There is value for the price looking at Wi-Fi, the two bedrooms, no need to add too many promises such as breakfast. The unit was very clean and comfortable.

A reasonable amount of space; with all the facilities needed for self-catering, in a secure complex. Laundry service available.

Not cleaned regularly; loss of access when the electronic key is cancelled; additional charges for electricity; slow response from hosts to urgent requests; the location of the apartments is not the best; and there was a lot of noise in the afternoons and some evenings.

Lulu made every effort to ensure our comfort during our one-night stay. She was very helpful and maintained communication throughout. The flat was very clean, well kept

However, the surrounding area wasn’t quite what we had expected. As we were her first guests, we’re sure she will be even more prepared and ready for future bookings. A note on check-out: punctuality is important to keep things running smoothly.
