We loved staying at Hotel Schlüssel. Great location- walkable to shops, restaurants, bus, train and boats! It was especially nice to have the complimentary beverages. Our only regret was the restaurant was not open on Sunday and Monday. But our desserts on Saturday were delicious.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the best part of the hotel is its location. It is close to all public transportation and the lake. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would strongly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Lucerne.
