Has so much potential but unfortunately just not worth it

The location was good and the size was nice!

Our check in details were not set to us until we bugged the host after arriving at the property! We were told there was free parking on site however after getting there, we were sent a adress a 5 minute walk away and had to pay a fortune for the whole weekend. The apartment lacked extreme necessities such as towels (we were given two hand towels for two adults. There were no hand towels for the sinks or dishes, and no shower mat so the bathroom was very slippery) and when speaking to the host about these, we weren’t given any kind of empathetic apology. The apartments corridors are severely damaged and need lots of attention although I realise this isn’t fault of the host! It was just a disappointing and not nice part when walking through each day

Didn't like paying for an apartment that was advertised with WiFi yet none was available, spent over an hour trying to find WiFi on the tv, so had no tv all night, room had 4 flies constantly flying around from the moment we arrived until we left

Don’t stay here. It’s dangerous.

The room was comfortable but not suitable for two

The door key fitted other doors. We went into the wrong room by mistake. This is a huge security risk. There were really dodgy people hanging around the foyer drinking. The host was unhelpful and rude.

Overall it’s okay to spend a short weekend and it’s close to Gunwharf, Train station, Bus station and Central City.

The area and the kitchen facilities were good

The microwave wasn’t warming my food. It wasn’t private you can hear neighbors in the apartment.

Good space, pretty , well decorated. Generally an inviting studio.

Queen street at night from around 10pm was not great. Best to be indoors before dark.

Conveniently located accommodation

The location was handy for the Stations and the bus route along Queens Road. The room was clean. Instructions to access property and key were clear. Good communication beforehand.

The bed was rather small for us. I can imagine large people would find it very uncomfortable. The second bed was a rock hard bed settee which didn't suit. The microwave didn't work for us. Outside our windows there were the contents of rubbish bags strewn across the driveway, constituting an unpleasant health hazard. The interior corridor leading to the accommodation smelt of smoke. Small things, but there was no plug in the kitchenette sink and no creamer or milk left for cups of tea. Accommodation would be more suited to a single occupant rather than 2. Any more would be claustrophobic.

Небыло wifi который должен быть, у меня не ловила связь телефона и мне катастрофично нужен был вайфай но его небыло, я неоднократно писал хозяину по этому поводу

Mini appartamento vicino all' università

L'appartamento è molto vicino all' università (facoltà di Business e Law) e alla zona di Gunwaharf e si presenta come nuovo con un nell'arredamento moderno.. Le istruzioni per il check in sono semplici e la persona che risponde alle richieste è gentile e reattiva.

La pulizia potrebbe certamente essere migliorata. Il letto a molle è abbastanza scomodo. In casa mancano alcuni servizi essenziali come il phoon. Il piano terra non permette di avere molta privacy.
