We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again.

The house is very comfortably furnished and in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and Southsea centre.The hosts were quick to respond, very friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace is spacious with comfortable garden sofa and lots of potted plants - a lovely spot to spend time.

Good location , clean and comfy.

Close to restaurants, pier, shops, clean, lovely decor, comfy beds, all you needed for our stay, loved roof top outside area.

The toilet seat still closes on you when you sit on it, as per other reviews. Not the owners fault but a very noisy location at a weekend due to the, volume of music from two local bars the base sound in the apartment very loud, til early hours in the morning.

Great location and lovely cosy flat.

It's not a luxury 5*hotel, but it is well described, and there are so many plus points: Great location: bus stop for Gunwarf and Dockyard. Walking distance from beach, aquarium, castle etc. Restaurants and cafes within 2 minutes walk. Lovely little flat with fantastic outdoor space, very comfortable reclining sofa and armchair. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast (we didn't try to cook). They provide tea and coffee and huge fridge and small freezer. Some reviews say the toilet doesn't flush, but it worked perfectly for us when we pressed the handle and released it immediately. Occasionally the lid tried to close but it's soft close, so it wasn't a problem.

It can be a little difficult to find a parking space (but that's not the landlords fault). It's very good that they provide parking passes, but you do have to update them every 24 hours. The flat is less suitable for taller/larger/unfit people so just be aware. The stairs are steep and narrow and the shower is over a narrow bath and isn't very high on the wall. It was absolutely fine for us, no problem at all. The beds are not the most comfortable, but fine for a short stay. One of the bedrooms overlooks the street so there is traffic noise as you would expect. Nothing that my earplugs didn't deal with.

Great place to stay

Lovely apartment, loved the outdoor space. Whole place felt lovely and clean, with space cleaning products for you to freshen the place up whilst staying. Was very lively area, lots of people having fun - great atmosphere.

The toilet was broken, would not flush properly nd the seat moved when you sat down. Would of been good to have a blackout blind on the south facing bedroom as my daughter woke very early lol.

Very Clean ,modern, enough space for us. Loved the terrace and the two cats that came to visit. Our host was friendly and helpful.

This was a really comfortable place and homely . Close to lots of restaurants

The toilet wouldn’t flush we had to fill a bucket . The owner tried to fix it but it still didn’t work.

Nice spacious basic apartment, close to amenities and short walk to beach. Very good communication. Lovely roof terrace. Tea and coffee available a nice touch.

The noise was atrocious, VERY LOUD music from about 20:00 Friday until 02:00 in the morning. Got back from day out Saturday at 16:00 and loud music had started already, due to pub next door, impossible to talk in apartment! If we had known it was a lively loud night environment we would have never booked here. Booked a Premier Inn. Onstreet parking is a nightmare but that's Portsmouth but passes from owner helped a bit. Bed was uncomfortable, very soft.

So beautifully done, great location. Felt like home. No street noise, lots of good bars and restaurants nearby. Good communication from hosts, lots of information provided about the local area.

Comfy and Cosy

The property was located in a lovely area, a short walk to Southsea castle, and easy public transport to the historic dock. There was plenty of room for us, with all the essentials you need for the weekend. Very happy we chose to stay here, it was comfy and cosy while being spacious. Highly recommend to all.

Had a lovely weekend and would return.

Nice flat in a good location. The host was very welcoming, the property was clean and there were tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning items available to use. Nice roof terrace too which was a bonus! Car park just around the corner that you could pay to park in. Numerous shops, pubs and restaurants on your doorstep.

We are all quite tall so you had to watch your heads on the stairs and upstairs a little. Toilet seat was a bit annoying as the lid seemed to close when you used it. Parking permits were provided for our stay for on street permit parking but finding a space wasn’t always that easy.

Awesome visit to Portsmouth

The Location is really good close to the beach, close to the port so you can see the main attractions in the city, as well as close to any amenities you would need for your stay. Monika was waiting for us with the keys with a smile even when we arrive a bit late. There was Coffe and Te ready for us for the breakfast and they have nice instructions with different restaurants that are really nice to visit with different cuisines. Also thank you so much as we could get parking Vouchers to park in the area which if not is a nightmare as it is too busy.
