Minor issues The stairs to the bedrooms - steep, curving with a low ceiling but not many stairs. We are all tall. No coffee maker

Great location. We walked everywhere even to the Hovercraft to catch the ferry to Isle of Wight. Once you navigate the stairs (we are both seniors) the spacious accommodation is excellent and well equipped with everything you need. I could watch FIFA Worldcup in the lounge with very good reception without disturbing my wife’s sleep in the bedroom. In Europe and the UK having a dedicated parking spot is precious. Communication and responsiveness by the host was superb. Will stay again.

If you are not very mobile then the stairs could be a challenge with suitcases.

La propreté des lieux.

On ne devrait pas louer un appartement à côté de 3 pubs / boîtes de nuit ! Simple vitrage qui a rendu les nuits infernales tant le bruit des pubs était fort. Les rideaux ne masquaient pas suffisamment les fenêtres pour atténuer le flash des lumières de la boutique située en face. Il a été impossible de s'endormir avant 3 heures du matin chaque nuit ! (musiques des pubs, clients qui gueulent et qui sont ivres). Le parking est indiqué "gratuit dans la rue", mais les places sont rares et limitées à une heure. La propriétaire nous a mis à disposition une place dans son garage, à 5 mins de l'appartement.
