Calm place with great sea view! Well equipped flat! Pet friendly and easy to access! Best stay we have had in Portsmouth

It is a great location, the view is fantastic. The host is really organised and has been very responsive. The property is well equipped and well informed with signage to make the stay and use of amenities straight forward. When in doubt read the instructions, Rob’s thought of everything! We had our cats with us which were comfortable in a new environment, the openness of the flat made it a calm place to spend our short break.

A great stay in a brilliant property!

The flat was in an ideal location near to all amenities and places of interest. It was very clean, tidy and comfortable and with lots of little great details, like a pair of binocular for appreciating the beautiful views or bird watching. The host was an excellent communicator and made sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and go back again.

Perfect for our trip to bid our friend goodbye on the round the world clipper yacht race.

Great location, buses just around the corner, easy walk to centre and the key. The flat is well appointed, roomy and pretty well eqipped. The beach is just across the road and the pier a few hundred metres away. I will definatley book again if I need to saty in the area again. It is on the third floor, so just be aware if you have limited mobility, but the views out to sea are great.

View was amazing and binoculars provided was a v nice touch, big apartment, great facilities and extras (won't spoil the surprises) Comfy beds.

Lots of stairs to the apartment but we got fit by the end of our stay! TESCOS delivery carried the shopping up. Longer curtains needed in front bedroom. Please provide a powerful fan on a stand as that would've been handy. Kitchen/fire escape& window needs instructions but we worked it out.

Cosy home with great views

Brilliant setting to watch the passing ships or nip down to the beach. Lovely to walk or run along the beach promenade. Easy bus connections to the Historic Dockyard, old Portsmouth or Hoverport to Ryde. Some attractions right in front of the house. VERY detailed information on everything regarding the flat and the area. 👍🏼🙂 Very cosy and practical flat to chill out as well.

Great location but...

A spaceous flat located right in front of the seafront. Lots of useful equipment (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, lots od storage for your clothes, washing machine, toster etc). Seaview from the living room and master bedroom. Streaming services on TV available. Hot water from a boiler available without any problems.

The flat, especially the kitchen and pannelled floors, were not clean. We had to start our stay with thorough cleaning. The washing machine was mouldy. There was a very unpleasant smell in the flat which we couldn't get rid of even by opening all the windows. Dirty windows. The flat looked patched up in many places.

great location, great host, comfy apartment and facilities, great value.

Easy access lockbox plus an easy to use door code for the apartment itself (despite me not being able to use the touch screen properly) We had everything we needed plus parking permits provided by the host. We found it a very comfortable stay for a much needed break by the sea side. N.B Southsea has a ton of things to do and see in all categories. We highly recommend scouting the area and exploring.

The single beds are not very comfortable, the mattresses give no support whatsoever. The sofa in the lounge is not very comfortable either! The apartment is on the second floor, there is no lift so it is not ideal if you have mobility issues.

We had a great time in and around Southsea, and Seaview Central was a great base to explore the area

Great, beautiful central location right over Southsea Sea Front, near Palmerston Rd and both Piers, close enough to Albert Road. A great little flat perfect for a group of friends, but it would be equally perfect for a family. All the needed comfort with a nice shower and well-equipped kitchen. Rob was a brilliant host, very organised with great communication, and his super-detailed "User Guide" to the accomodation was really helpful in more than one occasion. We had a great time in Southsea, and the flat was one of the reasons why this was such a successful trip.

A couple of the beds were a little bit soft, nothing too bad for us, but it could become an issue for someone with a bad back.

It was a pity the weather was mainly cloudy other than on one day when the sun came out

this was self catering but the kitchen was fine

The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable and quite short for me being over 6ft.

Spacious base for exploring Portsmouth

Perfect location, excellent communication from the host with every step of the entry process explained. Apartment was very spacious and a great base for exploring Southsea. Nice to have some toiletries included plus towels and linens.

Anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get to the apartment. Getting luggage up the stairs can be a bit of a struggle but not unexpected from the style of property. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner but the rest of the apartment was very clean and tidy.
