We had a fantastic stay in Portsmouth while visiting for Victorious Festival. The location was superb and made getting to and from the festival incredibly easy. Rob was a brilliant host, always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for the weekend and would happily stay again.
Very little. Parking was tricky because of the festival, but Rob met us outside to help us get parked and provided all the permits we needed for our stay. Another great example of how accommodating he was as a host.

Brilliant location and lovely view of the sea
Very quirky as an older property very clean
Could do with new sofa/double bed as current ones seen better days!
Some traffic noise as would be expected from location so use earplugs if sensitive

Loved staying at the place it was actually a shame that we had to leave.
Rob, your host, has everything so well organised including surprise and delight features for you to discover!

A spaceous flat located right in front of the seafront. Lots of useful equipment (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, lots od storage for your clothes, washing machine, toster etc). Seaview from the living room and master bedroom. Streaming services on TV available. Hot water from a boiler available without any problems.
The flat, especially the kitchen and pannelled floors, were not clean. We had to start our stay with thorough cleaning. The washing machine was mouldy. There was a very unpleasant smell in the flat which we couldn't get rid of even by opening all the windows. Dirty windows. The flat looked patched up in many places.
