The apartment is spacious and has absolutely everything one needs. The small balcony is also nice. It is a short walk to the Historic Dock Yard as well as to Gun Wharf outlet shopping with restaurants and cafe‘s. Also the bus terminal and ferry terminal are very close.
I know the surroundings are not under control by the owner, but for a true evaluation we have to mention that the entrance to the building is not very inviting. Nevertheless, don’t worry about it, our stay in the apartment was very nice.

Spacious apartment (4 adults) with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Balcony was great for two people to sit out on. Great location for city centre, docks, Gunwharf Quays and Hotwalls beach. Private parking space was a godsend with parking really difficult in the area generally.
