Enjoyable stay in great location

Roomy apartment with tasteful decor & attention to detail , resulting in a relaxed homely stay . It was an added bonus having the allocated parking space . Managed to meet Dan, who was extremely helpful & friendly .

The only downside was the cleanliness of the communal spaces . However , this did not detract from our stay at the apartment . As we know only too well , some residents take more pride in their surroundings than others .

Home from home. Perfect location.

We loved this apartment, it was clean, cosy and had everything you needed. We travelled from up North to see our son who is in the navy so was a long drive but when we arrived we were not disappointed. Location is perfect, private parking, comfy beds. Home from home. Communication with the landlord was very good too.

My only one issue was the sofa bed in the living room was faulty. However, I notified the landlord straight away and they apologised and said it was the first they knew of this. I would assume they will rectify this issue.

Totally Satisfying Stay!

Myself and my partner thoroughly recommend staying in this accommodation.... Fab location... Great that a specific parking bay was available. Very comfortable, clean and well equipped for our weekend. There were no noise coming from surrounding appartments. It was like home from home. Would definitely stay again!

Pleasant stay with a Co-op on the corner and a short walk from the station

Ideal location for a few days in Portsmouth

The location was great for a university visit and is less than 10 minutes walk from the station if you are not driving. Main town and Gun Wharf are also approx 15 minutes walk away. The property was spacious, had plenty of amenities and 2 bathrooms. TV and WiFi in the living room and main bedroom allows you to log into your own streaming services. Balcony too.

Car parking had an issue due to some damage from a previous tenant, but that was dealt with.

Spacious apartment in the perfect place for visiting the docks

Location perfect for Portsmouth Historic Docks Our host was very accommodating about us parking the car for longer than our stay so we were able to spend 2 days at the docks and not pay extra for parking

A lovely clean and family friendly apartment to base ourselves out of for our stay in Portsmouth.

The apartment was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to travel with our young family. It was warm and had been very well looked after. I could walk to gunwharf in less than 10mins!

A little airer to hang clean clothes for drying would have been really useful. But we made do with what we had!

Very Good communication and check in info from hosts . Also helped with parking permit for extra car .

A few minor tweaks to improve comfort suggested to host who was receptive to suggestions .
